Rapper Rick Ross has been ordered by a judge to pay $8,500 per month in temporary child support to his ex-girlfriend and mother of his children, Briana Camille, who is expecting their third child.
According to the order acquired by BOSSIP, Judge Christopher Edwards mandated the rapper to commence the $8,500 monthly payment last week amidst their ongoing child support dispute.
The judge decreed that $6,000 of the child payment be allocated for the care of the couple’s two children, Berkeley (3) and Billion (almost two), while the remaining $2,500 will be designated for a nanny to assist Briana during her “high-risk” pregnancy with their third child.
Ross is also obligated to contribute $40,000 towards Briana’s legal fees and $23,337 to cover her out-of-pocket expenses, such as $2,000 monthly for groceries, $1,500 for rent, and $600 for phone expenses, including service for an iPad insisted upon by him for their oldest child.
Additionally, he will be responsible for the children’s health insurance. The former couple parted ways at the end of 2019 after a two-year relationship.
